“ I thank god that we have this company right here in Rhode Island. I am so pleased and happy with everything they do, from the selection of new equipment, the show room, and their amazing delivery service. Marco came in and I asked him to replace some equipment and it took him 5 minutes to put together an amazing perfect fitting replacements. Within one hour I had a paper quote and the delivery was scheduled for the next week. The two drivers were so awesome and quick. They knew what is going on these two. The nice man disassembled the two units from gas line and fitted my two replacements and I was up and running in 30 minutes. I wish I asked for his name but I will call him the polite gentleman who knew his way around if you blind folded him. Amazing all the way around. I knew Marco for a long time and he did help me with excellent equipment before but I really have to let everyone who is reading this that this company and the staff is an amazing find. Go and give them a try you will be very happy. ”

“ It’s been a very different experience shopping with North American. Customer service is non existent and products aren’t as they are advertised. Totally opposite experience at North American and with Marco. My girlfriend opened a new bakery and we had a ton of questions and needed multiple quotes. Anytime I’ve called Marco with any of those questions or texted, he has always answered or messaged right away, regardless of the time or day. We’ve bought several pieces of equipment so far with zero issues. The last piece being a reach in glass door fridge that I needed immediately and Marco was accommodating as always. This bakery is already growing with needs for a walk in freezer in the near future. North American will by my first and only call. Thank you Marco and team. Happy to have you so close by. No BS, Asked where I wanted the stuff, Handed me the invoice, Moved it in place and off they went. Never had an interaction that smooth like that, They were pleasent. When I went to look at the stuff in person the sales guy was not a true salesman, True salesmen or woman try to push you to guy what you dont need or try to up sell. These guys were like, Buy what you want or dont buy at all, Its not about the sale its about you being happy. Anything you need just ask. Never once did he try to push me to buy more than what I needed. Matter a fact he even said if you "think" you need it but norlt sure dont buy it because you are undecided. A typical sales person would have pushed it on me. These guys are awesome to deal with!!!! Marco is a straight shooter and no BS himself, He tells you how or what it is, Not all the glamour and BS and gone after the sale..... hes there whenever you call him. Im super impressed! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! DRIVERS TOO! ”
